Educational Trips & Experiences
Hampton Court Palace – Year 5
Year 5 pupils stepped back in time during their visit to Hampton Court Palace. They explored the magnificent Tudor architecture, learned about Henry VIII’s reign, and discovered fascinating stories from British history. The trip brought their classroom lessons to life, making history an unforgettable experience.
Ancient Egyptian Workshop – Year 4
Our Year 4 pupils became archaeologists for the day in an immersive Ancient Egyptian workshop. They handled replica artifacts, decoded hieroglyphics, and learned about mummification and daily life in ancient times. This hands-on experience deepened their understanding of this incredible civilization.
Wonder Dome Experience – Year 1 & Year 5
The Wonder Dome brought the universe to Brookside! Pupils in Year 1 and Year 5 enjoyed a breathtaking journey through space inside the inflatable planetarium. They explored stars, planets, and galaxies, sparking curiosity and excitement about science and astronomy.

Coffee Mornings
Our coffee mornings continue to be a warm and welcoming space for parents and carers to connect with staff and each other. These sessions strengthen our school community and provide valuable opportunities for sharing ideas and support.
