Brookside Primary is part of the family of schools sponsored by The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust.  The Trust has a proven track record of success and is responsible for a dramatic upturn in academic achievement locally.

Brookside Primary is proud to be the highest performing school in Hillingdon for progress in both reading and mathematics in 2019.

PERFORMANCE IN 2023

 76.5% of pupils passed the Phonics screening test at the end of Year 1

Key Stage Two outcomes:

Our progress score in reading was -0.28

Our progress score in writing was 0.53

Our progress score in mathematics was -0.27

The percentage of pupils who achieved at least the expected standard in reading, writing and maths was 61.8% compared to the national average of 59%

The percentage of pupils who achieved at a higher standard in reading was 29.1%

The percentage of pupils who achieved at a higher standard in writing was 27.3%

The percentage of pupils who achieved at a higher standard in mathematics was 20%

Our average ‘scaled score’ in reading was 105.5

Our average ‘scaled score’ in mathematics was 104.5
