A Trip to the Countryside

Year 1 took an exciting journey to Odds Farm Park in High Wycombe on June 9th and 11th to learn about the countryside as a part of their Geography topic. The pupils petted the rabbits and fed the goats and sheep; some pupils were allowed to feed the pigs. There was an amazing adventure playground that the children played on and a sandy play area. After lunch there was a tractor ride to see the animals grazing in the fields, and the pupils and teachers finally went to play in the soft play area with big slides to play on. All of Year 1 pupils and teachers had a very enjoyable day learning about and experiencing the countryside.
