In Key Stage 1, pupils exceeded national and local averages for Reading (83.3%), Writing (75%), Mathematics (83.3%) and Science (93.3%).
In Key Stage 2, 72% of pupils achieved the expected standard in combined Reading, Writing and Mathematics, which is well above national and local average. In Writing, 78% of children achieved the expected standard, 75% achieved this in Reading, with over 76% in Mathematics. Pupils at Brookside Primary also performed well above pupils nationally for demonstrating a greater depth in Writing, Mathematics and Grammar, Spelling and Punctuation.
